Deekline, Trigga, David Boomah, Specimen A & Navigator - Duppy Destroyers - Jungle Cakes

Once in a while a release comes along that is dripping in kudos. The jungle credentials that this release carries are nothing but jaw dropping.

Globe-trotting junglist DJ Deekline goes head to head with Phil Jones aka Specimen A, the studio engineer supremo, so instantly you know this release is going to be sick! But just look at the line-up of vocalists that have been drafted in on this release; Trigga, David Boomah & Navigator. One of these MCs would have been perfect but to have all three is just pure jungle heaven.

Duppy Destroyers is purely vocal driven. The sine wave 808 sub-bass pattern works a lead that lends itself to the jungle MC deliveries. Riddms spit in perfect harmony with the bassline as pads and distant horns garnish this majestic roller.

The dub on the flipside does just that. Fewer vocals and more dub for the DJS looking for more bass and less vocal. Job done
